MOGADISHU,(SAHALNEWS)-Hundreds of angered residents on Wednesday took to the Mogadishu streets to protest against those behind Mogadishu’s Saturday bombings.

Somalia president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo has participated in the national mourning which was held to commemorate civilians died in the barbaric attack.

Halima Abdullahi who lost six of her relatives in the attack said that people will not fear to be part in the national mourning,

“We are demonstrating against the terrorists that massacred our people. We entered the road by force,” Halima has said in  an interview with Reuters.

The Mogadishu bombings killed over 300 people and wounded more than 500 according to Mogadishu health centers.  Turkey, Qatar, Kenya have so far showed solidarity with the Somali people along the UN Security Council.

Al-shabaab which often stage deadly attacks in Mogadishu thought to be behind the attack which becomes the deadliest in Africa and the world in recent years.
